Our client busy Rainham branch is looking to recruit a Senior / Sales Negotiator to join the team. Applicants must have a good track record in sales and customer service. The successful candidate must be target-driven, motivated and professional, with a driving licence and their own car. This is a full-time position with training given and a motivational commission structure.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the sales process. Confidence is essential, you will demonstrate an amazing telephone manner with the want to build rapport and a genuine love for helping customers.
On a day-to-day basis, you will match people to their ideal property, deal with property portal leads, book and conduct viewings, negotiate offers, value and list properties and manage a desk of clients.
