IT Helpdesk - 1st/2nd Line Support

A top 100 Law Firm in the heart of Manchester is looking to expand their IT Team and recruit a 1 st /2 nd Line Support Professional to their team based in Manchester City Centre.

As an IT Helpdesk support, you will be the first point of contact for all users across their 3 offices for their IT Issues either face to face, via telephone, email and a ticket system. You will be responsible for assisting with the development of IT Systems and IT Projects.

The firm pride themselves on organic growth within the firm so there is ample opportunity for progression in this role.
You will be delivering high quality technical support on a range of technologies. You must have:

• 2+ years hands on related IT Support experience in either a legal or professional services environment

• Windows Desktop 7-10, Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop

• Knowledge on Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and Visual Basic
• Experience on Microsoft 365, server virtualisation and formal IT Qualifications is advantageous.

Salary £25,000-£30,000 depending on experience
