Exciting opportunity for an ambitious candidate with some recruitment experience - either in-house or from an agency and who would now be keen to join a major advertising and marketing agency, supporting them with their recruitment needs and talent attraction.
As part of a dynamic, lively, successful talent acquisition team, you will be recruiting across a range of disciplines for the agency, but with a key focus on digital and media roles.
The role will involve:
- building in-depth relationships with hiring managers to ensure roles are filled cost-effectively with the best possible talent in the shortest period of time.
- providing an efficient service, filling roles in the shortest time possible with quality candidates, with seamless process management.
- building relationships with employees internally to help create a 'referral culture' - the company's goal is for the majority of hires to come from internal and external referrals.
- writing creative and inspiring job adverts and posting these across job boards and within social media.
- assisting the talent acquisition business partners with projects and talent acquisition strategy
The successful candidate will have a recruitment/talent background from either an agency or inhouse environment - either as a recruiter or as a co-ordinator.
