As a Store Manager at Starbucks in Belfast City Airport you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Store. Our people is at the heart of this brand and we are looking for a manager with the same vision. Together, you will run a smooth operation with dedicated support from our Hospitality & Regional Managers where you will support with the accountability for the restaurant in terms of brand compliance, guest experience, legal compliance, sales, finance and the development of our hard working teams. You will contribute towards P&L ownership, taking responsibility for finance, stock, sales, labour & HR and payroll duties.

*Key Responsibilities: *
· To work closely with our Hospitality Manager to support your stores P&L by driving sales
· To portray strong brand & company standards & to ensure the day to day operations are compliant
· To develop & grow your teams by owning development plans & opportunities
· To support with legal compliance in all aspects of the store
· To support HR, payroll & finance duties according to company policies
*To be considered, we are looking for: *
· Experience within a similar position, whether this is within a high volume travel location or experience working with a brand
· Strong leadership skills & evidence of leading a large team
· Evidence of basic P&L management and financial understanding
· Knowledge of HR & payroll duties
