Our clients concentrate on providing professional services with a fresh approach to friendly and efficient client care. With this in mind, the key to their success is undoubtedly the staff they employ.

Lettings Negotiator - Duties:

• Updating available properties on a daily basis
• Qualifying tenant enquiries
• Booking and attending viewings
• Agreeing tenancy contracts
• Checking tenants in and out of properties
• Other associated lettings related duties

Lettings Negotiator - Required Skills:

• An excellent communicator
• Self motivated and able to work on your own initiative
• Committed to meeting deadlines and targets
• Computer literate
• Full UK Driving Licence
