We are recruiting a Science Tutor for a secondary phase converter academy school in Suffolk.
The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified Science teacher, preferably with KS4 experience. You must be able to commit to the full academic year. About you
Essential:
QTS or equivalent
Experience working within Key Stage 3/4 (preferably Years 10/11)
A caring and supportive attitude towards all pupils
A knowledge/ understanding of the National Curriculum
Desirable:
Leadership experience or an understanding of intervention provision
An enhanced and barring list DBS on the update service, or prepared to apply for one
High expectations and dedication to SEND learning
A knowledge or understanding of de-escalation strategies
