An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, dynamic and proactive MIS professional to lead the and inspire the Admission, Exams and Compliance function at Abingdon & Witney College.
This new post is an exciting opportunity for a manager who is passionate about information, data, and the positive difference that it can make to the success of students and the commercial performance of the college business. Through this post, you will contribute to the transformational cultural change across the college and play a significant role as part of the college management team and offers opportunity to progress into a higher role.
Working closely with the Vice Principal Funding, Planning and Systems Improvement, this post will be responsible for and / or contribute to:
the admission, exams and compliance function of the College.
the development of a college culture that embraces information as a positive tool for business improvements
the college-wide systems innovation, business improvement and efficiency strategy
the college curriculum planning, ensuring that our plans are responsive to the needs of stakeholders and contribute to robust business performance
This new post is ideally suited to someone who is passionate about making a difference to the college business, who is commercially astute, data-driven and customer focussed, all in the interests of student success and staff well-being. You will be able to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities, whilst being able to motivate and enthuse your team to achieve their targets.
The successful candidate will be required to apply their knowledge and experience to the role and undertake a steep learning curve to develop their expertise in MIS at a more senior level.
