Sales and Lettings Negotiator - Experienced Sales and Lettings Negotiator. Dual role.

23k to 50k OTE + Car

Our valued client is an award winning independent Estate Agents with 30 years experience covering Sales, Lettings, Land and New Homes in South West London and Surrey.

Due to their continued success a fantastic opportunity for a new Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join their exciting and dynamic team in the Colliers Wood Office.

They are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated individual who wants to forge a long-term career with the one of the area's leading independent Estate Agents.

Role of the Sales and Lettings Negotiator:

• Registration and management of your personal applicants on the computer database

• Schedule viewings in the office diary and engage with clients during physical appointments

• Handle leads which are provided through various property portals and inbound calls

• Provide constructive and informative feedback to Vendors/Landlords

• Encourage offers and successfully negotiate through to completion

Previous experience in Sales and/or Lettings is essential.

Driving licence required.
