Recruitment Resourcer

About The Role
Here at CarFinance 247 we have an exciting opportunity to join our own Recruitment Team as a Recruitment Resourcer! As the Recruitment Resourcer, you will support the wider recruitment team, managing a busy and varied workload. You will be highly organised, used to multitasking and working to tight deadlines.
Experience needed for the Recruitment Resourcer

• Sifting and shortlisting relevant candidates for our live vacancies.
• Conducting initial screen calls with all relevant candidates.
• Daily searches (Boolean) on job boards, such as Total Jobs/Reed/Indeed and LinkedIn..
• Diary Management and arrangement of telephone/face to face interviews across multiple roles.
• Keeping our Recruitment ATS up to date on a daily basis.
• Supporting the recruitment team on weekly/monthly induction days.
• Delivering feedback to successful/unsuccessful candidates.
• Working with the wider People team regarding background checks, ensuring all the checks are up to date with new starters.
• Continuously building strong and long-lasting relationships with stakeholders across the business.

About The Candidate

• Strong ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Excellent time management skills
• Preferable experience within a similar role - recruitment Resourcer or co-ordinator.
• Experience working within a fast-paced environment.
