Duties/Responsibilities

You will be leading and managing a dedicated team of circa 11 Property Adjusters within your region. You'll be managing the day to day operation of the team to ensure productivity, people performance, and client service requirements as well as handling a small commercial and domestic claim caseload

You'll develop, motivate and performance manage the Field Team to ensure maximum engagement and operational effectiveness in partnership with managing the client relationship effectively by creating and implementing a clear directive strategy and setting objectives

About you
Previous experience in leading and managing a remote field based team within Loss Adjusting, Insurance or Financial Services sectors
Ideally hold an Insurance qualification desirable e.g. Dip CII, ACII, CILA or with a desire to become qualified
An understanding of the Insurance market and claims process, FSA procedures, regulatory requirements and extensive knowledge and understanding of standard policy terms and market variations.
