*Key Responsibilities: *

* Processing invoices using finance system
* Provide lunch break reception cover and take responsibility for collating and distributing all incoming mail
* Update our HR CASCADE System with daily attendance, filling and ensuring accurate records are maintained for all staff
* Manage the company authorised drivers' database to ensure that all documentation is uploaded, in date and highlight any discrepancies with relevant department and procurement.
* Assist in the management of all new start processes including but not limited to checking new start documentation, liaise with operations and enter onto Cascade and process for payroll
* Administer and update the Company Training Record Database uploading of all non-Sentinel cards and qualifications and produce on request individual training records and recovery of expenditure.
* To carry out any other reasonable duties as requested commensurate with your skills, knowledge and ability in the interests of the business
* Wide use of MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Adobe software to complete day to day task

*Key Skills Required: *

* Desire and willingness to expand on knowledge of the Microsoft Package
* Ability to work well both individually, and as part of team
* Good timekeeping
* A strong work ethic Strong communication skills
* Confident in speaking to others and providing information

Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Salary: £12,000.00 per year
