The Role and the Candidate

Executive search is a field that requires market research of great attention to detail and market mapping to provide the best quality service to our clients and candidates with minimal commotion and appearing seamless. An executive search consultant's role will include finding the most suitable top tier positions available and providing the appropriate candidate, whilst negotiating the best arrangement for the candidate when closing. Alongside this, relationships with clients are of paramount importance. To strengthen and maintain relationships with clients, portfolios on what clients require are key to the job role, paying great attention and care to be given to the job vacancy available.

Exceptional candidates will occupy most, if not all, of the following:

- University Degree from a top 40 university - 2:1 or Higher

- Noteworthy communication skills, with eloquence in spoken and written English

- Experience of working within a professional environment

- Leadership qualities

- Ambitious, and the want for continued success
