Senior Claims Operations Technician

A fantastic opportunity to join an established Claims Operations Team! With a good salary and generous package you will be joining a forward thinking Claims Team! A busy role with overall responsibilities include; Ensuring that the data in the monthly Claims Bordereaux is accurate and complete - to gather or generate KPIs and MI reports for claims monitoring purposes and analysis the tracking of claims payments and float amounts as well assisting in the production of claims processes and procedures; Amongst the main areas of the role you will be designing the Claims Bordereaux templates and write specs, supporting the claims department with internal/external audit requirements,ad hoc Project work, regular contact with TPAs ensuring that any queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Ideally you would have worked in a similar Claims Operations role with a good knowledge of London market claims practices with excellent Reporting, Analytical skills as well as London Market Claims systems.
