Job Description
We are looking for a person with a diverse range of capabilities that can support the Building Services Department based at Heol Y Gors Depot, Cwmbwrla, Swansea, SA5 8LD.
The department plays a huge part in delivering all ranges of disciplines in relation to Building Maintenance, Repairs, Construction and Technical advice.
The post holder will be required to delivery and control of the Apprenticeship programme for Building Services and will require working with various bodies to ensure excellence in the scheme.
The post holder will help support the management team in areas such as sickness absence, disciplinary, training and other forums as required.
The successful candidate will need to be fully proficient with all types of IT systems ensuring that the department is continually looking for new improved ways of working.
The post is on a temporary basis until at least 31 March 2022 with a change of review at that time.
