Derbyshire County Council have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Programme Manager for the Modern Ways of Working Programme.

This is an ambitious and strategically important Programme, that is looking at how we will all work differently moving forward. We need to make sure that we design and implement the right flexible working model - and work in a range of locations - that better meets our needs and ensures we continue to provide high quality flexible services for our residents and communities.

What will I be doing?

You will Programme manage the design, development, and delivery of the Council's ambitious Modern Ways of Working Programme within the agreed scope, budget and timelines, achieving the defined benefits.

Lead the development of the Programme's long-term vision and supporting business case, ensuring alignment to the Council Plan and Strategic Objectives.

Lead the Programme Team across multiple workstreams, including IT, People, Property, Finance and Legal services, identifying dependencies and interfaces to ensure a successful programme outcome

You will:

Be an experienced and highly skilled Programme Manager with a track record of leading complex transformational and cultural change across whole organisations.

Have the ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-moving environment

Lead and influence, with experience of developing and maintaining collaborative and inclusive relationships with key stakeholders at all levels. Highly motivated and resilient, you will have a pro-active approach with a focus on successfully delivering the right outcomes for the Council.
