The client we are representing are offering a fantastic opportunity for someone with a proven track record in sales to move into Recruitment Consultancy.

Have you worked as an estate agent/ car salesperson/ door to door salesperson etc for 6+ months however want to move into a more personal role?

Recruitment consultancy combines the best elements of sales roles and offers OTE's of up to 50K in your first year. If you have sales experience, we have case studies of people who are on track to make 60K in year 1 of recruitment.

Base Salary: 22K-30K (Based on experience)

OTE:

Year 1: £45K

Year 2: £70K

Year 3: £85K

Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Training

Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Requirements

• 6+ months of sales experience OR commercial experience
• Competitive background
• Good understanding of the role
• Very money motivated and ambitious
• Good phone manner
