Blueprint Recruitment Solutions is a successful professional recruitment consultancy based on the picturesque Cams Hall Estate park in Fareham, near to Portsmouth. We offer excellent graduate careers for individuals who have recently graduated and are looking for an office based role as a trainee Graduate Recruiter.

The position

We are looking for new or recent graduates for career positions in recruitment where the work centres on finding skilled professional candidates for our clients' open vacancies. You will be joining an exciting and friendly office and will be talking on the telephone to candidates, building relationships and matching people to jobs. You will have excellent opportunities to build a graduate career with performance related targets to allow rapid progression. Full training is provided.

About you

Ideally you will be a university graduate (in any subject) with a competitive and ambitious personality and the desire to succeed in business that is fast paced and target driven. You will also be determined and proactive and will have a strong ability to communicate both in person and on the telephone.
