BMS SALES ESTIMATOR- HVAC CONTROL SYSTEMS

We are delighted to be partnering with a well-established business who specialise in Building Energy Management control solutions. The company are part of a highly successful group who are highly regarded as market leaders in the energy sector.

As a result of continued growth and investment, they now require a BMS Sales Estimator to join their

established team near Stockport.

We are keen to speak with candidates who demonstrate a proven background in BMS and ideally, sound knowledge of Trend systems.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Generation of initial plant schematics
• Generation of system I/O point schedules
• Estimation, quote and costing of loose controls equipment, control panel design, system wiring installation etc.
• Preparation and submission of final proposal to customer
• Follow up on sales enquiries and develop new customer enquires
• Provide customer technical support
• Quote new business
• Build and maintain Customer relationships

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Proven background in BMS / BEMS in a similar role e.g. Sales Estimator or Sales Engineer
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Knowledge of Trend systems or similar
• Possesses technical skills to understand design, install, commission, BMS control systems, working to the highest safety and quality standards
• Knowledge of energy efficiency processes and practices, the energy market, and our business, products, and services.
• Ability to work flexibly to meet customer requirements.
• Full driving licence and flexible attitude to travel.
