The Role:

This is an incredible opportunity for someone who is looking to grow with a business and progress into an Operations role in the near future, to join an expanding Mexican restaurant concept. This role will even accommodate to a high performing Assistant General Manager looking to take the next step in their career.

As GM we are looking for a candidate who thrives at being on the floor and really enjoys still being an operator. This is about the guest leaving with a great experience and leading from the front for your team. You will love training and developing your team and empowering them with all the info they need for an excellent service. You will be commercial and actively take accountability for the P&L and control costs and budgets. You'll breathe hospitality and fully understand excellent, engaging service with a high positive energy.

Who will you be as General Manager:

• A love for food and wine - a love for Mexican cuisine would be fantastic.
• Experience in a busy venue and really know how to drive service
• Excellent communication skills - this site is busy and on the go!
• Love to train and develop your team
• This role would suit a personality who exudes hospitality - warm, friendly, and welcoming
• Ideally Spanish speaking
• Be accountable and responsible for the site, people, and guests
• Works well in high volume and high pressure
