Head of Finance Transformation
£58 - 68k depending on experience
We seek a purpose-driven finance professional and change leader. You will be the head of a comprehensive transformation programme for an initial 18-month period, working alongside our Head of Finance Operations. You will lead work to upgrade finance systems and processes in our national finance team and across our 11 Communities. Our turnover is £15m, and we offer community, care, support and housing to over 250 people with learning disabilities.
Following an external review of our finance systems, we have adopted a comprehensive change agenda to deliver systems fit for the next decade. The task includes procuring new systems, improving management information and data, developing finance processes and disciplines across the organisation, and building operational and leadership culture.
The location is flexible. You will need to build close working relationships with our Finance team in West Yorkshire and with Communities and National Team Members across the country.
