Functional Consultant Requirements
* Work with?the business to understand and define their business process to configure their Dynamics CRM/365 system?
* Advise customers on?best?practices for CRM, development, or integration processes.?
* Assist clients with configuration tasks, data migration and?supporting?end-to-end?testing.?
* Conduct business process analysis and create Fit/Gap report?
* Transpose user requirements into workable solutions?
* Design, develop and implement solutions utilising the Microsoft Dynamics D365?Power Platform.?
* Create functional?requirement?and functional design for customisations.?
* Conduct user and administrator training.?
* Support data migration from?CRM 2011 and other?external systems into?Dynamics 365?CRM?
