Job Description
We require an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to work within the Building Control team. Good communication skills, a commitment to team working and a positive attitude to the delivery of high quality customer focused services are essential.
You'll be an experienced surveyor with proven knowledge of building control and a strong understanding of building regulations, particularly relating fire safety. With the ability to deal with people at all levels, from a range of organisations, you'll be open to new ideas, with the flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing priorities to meet deadlines.
Corporate membership of either the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors or the Association of Building Engineers is desirable. Candidates must also possess a full valid driving license.
