Salary: Basic £25,000 plus uncapped commision

We are looking for quality, recent graduates who are fluent in German to a business level to join our clients Trainee Recruitment Consultant Academy.

What is a Trainee Recruitment Consultant?

After comprehensive training, you will work with the support of your managers and co-workers to generate new business for the company, primarily through cold calling, as well as sourcing new candidates. You will do this by advertising, head-hunting, referrals ect. This is primarily a sales role. You will be on the phone trying to sell your business to clients and you will also need to be able to sell your candidates to your clients. Sales and telesales is a huge part of this role!

You will be responsible for your own desk, this means your duties will include;

• Business Development

• Candidate Sourcing & Headhunting,
• Advertisements, Networking & Database searches.
• Negotiation of fee's and salaries
• Interviewing candidates
• Closing deals

• A 2014 Graduate with a 2.1 or above from a Top 40 University?
