Salary:£24,000 basic + OTE of £36,000 within year one

The role of a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

You will be responsible for building your own database by generating leads and winning new clients. This will involve a lot of cold calling, rejection and hard work in order to ultimately succeed. You will be responsible for finding talented candidates and matching their skills to your clients. The role is target driven and you will be rewarded for hitting your targets!
