Our client based in Swindon are looking to recruit a Warehouse Administrator, for maternity cover. This is a 1-year position initially, but is likely to become permanent due to how busy the company are!

Warehouse Administrator Job Purpose:

• To be the single point of contact for customers

Warehouse Administrator Tasks:

• Acknowledging and processing customer's orders and following up on deliveries
• Monitoring stock levels to ensure stock is readily available
• Book in and monitor incoming deliveries for stock replenishment
• Contribute to daily warehouse planning activities
• Follow up on all customer enquiries in a timely manner
• Complete billing input in a timely and accurate manner

Warehouse Administrator Person Specification:

• Accurate, strong attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft package
• Experience with computer packages and courier booking systems would be an advantage
