A well-established residential property private family office is looking for a passionate, highly professional, and well-trained individual to join the team as a Senior Property Manager. This exciting opportunity plays a pivotal role in ensuring that our client's extensive residential portfolio receives an exemplary service where you will have full responsibility for managing day-to-day operations within the assigned group. This privately-owned conglomerate has over 50 years of experience in all aspects of Real Estate with a diverse portfolio of assets ranging from commercial, residential, industrial, retail to leisure.

This is a very exciting position and is perfect for someone who is looking to utilise their skills and think outside the box to increase company revenue and levels of service. Managing a team of 3 other Property Managers we are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, the ability to build long-lasting relationships, a flair for organisation, and a passion for property.

The role:

Property Management:

  • Managing a team of 3 Property Managers
  • Managing a portfolio of 150 residential properties
  • Managing suitable tenants and negotiating the letting of appropriate properties
  • Maintaining a high and professional profile in the local community
  • Ensuring all legal landlord/freeholder obligations are met
  • To provide specialist advice and guidance to residents on matters relating to Market
  • To manage the use of contractors
  • To ensure that regular inspections are carried out
  • Managing a portfolio of properties in Greater and Central London
  • To promote and maintain internal relations with all other office departments.
  • To keep abreast of relevant Housing legislation, National issues and to attend appropriate training.
  • To comply with the various 'Codes of Conduct' of the national bodies the Department is a member of such as ARLA.
  • Cost management: financial and commercial acumen with excellent planning, budgeting, and operational reporting.

The successful Senior Property Manager will work office based in NW London in amongst a highly professional and qualified team environment.
