About the role:
We have an exciting new opportunity for an enthusiastic, professional, and personable individual to join our client's team as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant.
You will focus on working with employers and candidates in the Finance and Charity industry, it's all high-end recruitment so you will likely be working with degree qualified candidates earning around £45-70k per annum (Finance)
Training:
You will embark on an extensive 12 weeks training program, which cover all elements of recruitment, marketing, negotiations, attracting talent, interviewing candidates and creating detailed job briefs.
Upon completing the training you will be given more responsibilities, however you will be carefully guided through by your Manager for at least the first 12 months to ensure success. You will have regular review meetings to keep you on track with your development professionally, but also personally.
What you will be doing:
Spending time to build a deep understanding of clients' personal and business requirements
Building trusted connections through client and candidate relationships
Talent planning to attract new candidates which mirrors the ever-changing customer demand profiles
Building a strong understanding of your target market (High end construction)
Negotiating, persuading and influencing in order to achieve the best outcome
Working towards set targets and KPI's with the aim to exceed expectations
Rewards:
As a recruitment consultant with 2/3 years experience we would expect you to be earning around £55k per annum which will include a solid basic salary and commission.

Ideal candidate:
· A recent graduate with at least a 2:1 in any subject
