THE ROLE: RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCE SOLICITOR/LEGAL EXECUTIVE

Our small yet very friendly and well-established client law firm based in Stevenage is now currently seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join them. This is an exciting new opportunity and one that carries a role with some responsibilities. There is also Paralegal support to hand.

The successful candidate will not only manage their residential conveyancing caseload but will also be expected to do some business development within the locality with full support and resources from the firm.

There will be a chance for a handover to get acquainted with the files and the system currently used.

Salary range: £38-45,000pa dep on exp plus Pension

Hours: 9-5.15pm Mon to Friday One hour for lunch.

Holidays : Standard plus Bank Holidays plus closed for Christmas

Start Date: Ideally 13th December 2021

PQE Level: 5-20 yrs
