We are recruiting for 2 Project Managers to join our Wholesale Services team on a permanent basis!
Working with the project team and business stakeholders, you'll support the delivery of Anglian Water's customer strategy through the delivery of business change projects to agreed time, cost, and quality criteria. You'll ensure effective management and control of risk, dependencies and delivery planning, making sure rigorous financial and scope management processes are applied.
This exciting role will see you producing project plans, identifying required resources, ensuring robust & auditable financial management of project budgets, and providing regular progress reporting in line with agreed governance for each project.
As our new Project Manager, you'll be able to develop business cases, with flexible decision making skills, whilst building relationships and possess interpersonal and team working skills.

What does it take to be a Project Manager?
You'll be customer service orientated, ideally with a Prince 2 certification, as well as:
Strong leadership skills and experience of leading personnel through change
Possess strong communication, negotiation, influencing & analytical skills, combined with a high degree of energy, objectivity and professionalism
To be both a 'doer' and a manager
Strong organisation and prioritising skills and ability to deliver quality outputs within extremely tight deadlines
Good motivation and coaching skills
Ability to constructively challenge
Ability to understand and articulate business strategy
Ability to plan ahead and foresee future risks and suggest appropriate actions
Ability to understand and resolve problems quickly and effectively by tackling cause not symptoms
