Due to the consistent success and YOY growth of our operations in Sheffield, we're now looking for Senior Recruiters to join the team, as soon as possible.

The Role

As a Senior Recruiter at Modis, you will bring individuals & organisations together, with the aim of assisting the business & the respective consultant's achieve their overall goals.

You will join a well established team covering a tight market (Oracle or Microsoft Cloud Technologies) and will be responsible for building your own candidate network and customer base across the UK & beyond.

What will you be doing?

• Identifying business opportunities, whilst pro-actively selling your services to new & existing customers
• Proactively building and developing your own candidate network via LinkedIn (or other forms of social media & methods of contact)
• Networking - attending technology specific events, meeting customers & candidates on a regular basis
• Holding high impact sales conversations and maintaining engagement with key decision makers throughout the entirety of the prospective organisation.
• Providing an exceptional level of customer service to both Customers & Candidates alike
• Identifying new markets to explore & be successful within. You'll have complete autonomy on the direction you wish to go in.

Experience as an IT Recruiter is not essential. We are open to those looking for a change in Sector. As long as you bring your energy and willingness to learn to the table, that's all we require.
