Senior Administrator
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £20,600 - £24,000 depending on experience
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Your role with us
In line with our Care Programme Approach (CPA) Policy and service level agreements (SLA), you will be responsible for co-ordinating the cycle of activities to ensure that meetings run smoothly. This includes scheduling meetings, inviting attendees, collating and circulating reports. You will be the key contact for our ward staff, multi-disciplinary teams and external professionals, and will be working independently and proactively to maintain compliance with policy and SLA.
You will also be responsible for providing support to our Mental Health Law Caseworkers by providing a clerking service to Mental Health Act Managers and Tribunal Hearings.
As an enthusiastic and positive individual, your professionalism and excellent communication skills will inspire others to support consistency in the co-ordination of CPA meetings. You will be creating a positive culture, which will ultimately help to ensure our patients, and multi-disciplinary teams are provided with a consistent service.
Your profile
You will be a confident communicator and a proactive member of our administration team, willing to support other team members when needed. You will have significant administration experience and be proficient in the use of MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel). You will be able to work to a high degree of accuracy and be committed to providing excellent customer service, while juggling conflicting demands.
