Personal Assistant

Becoming a Personal Assistant with Smart DCC:

Great opportunity to secure an initial 6 months contract as a Personal Assistant, based from London but predominantly remote working. The Personal Assistant will provide dedicated secretarial and administrative support to two members of the executive team.

What you'll be doing:

· Regular and proactive communication with your executive members to understand their workload/issues and proactively assist where possible

· Creation of presentational material for internal and external audiences - including storage and re-use of material where appropriate for efficiency

· Inbox management, monitoring and responding on behalf of your executive member where appropriate

· Ensuring your executive members schedule is balance to cover all corporate objectives and line management requirements

· Diary management , co-ordination and communication with PAs of senior external stakeholders

· Organising of internal and external events and meetings, including accumulation and distribution of papers

· Handling travel arrangements and monthly expenses

What we're looking for:

• Excellent ability to deliver core PA activities to the highest standard and accuracy
• Strong initiative and proactive in finding solutions
• An adept and confident communicator with strong inter-personal skills, effective in dealing with people at all levels.
• Diplomatic and level-headed whilst maintaining confidentiality at all times
• Courteous with a collaborative and tolerant working style
• Self-starter who is enthusiastic, willing and able to take on responsibility
• Highly organised, pragmatic and reliable, with a high degree of accuracy through due attention to detail
• Experience and ability to work remotely is key to this role
