The Opportunity:

• Finatal is working with a newly launched mid market private equity investor that is looking to appoint an interim or part time FD/CFO ahead of the first close of its debut fund
• There is an opportunity for whoever joins as the interim to be considered for a full time position upon first close
• You must be available to start in January 2022

The Role:

• Work closely with the COO to set up finance function
• Oversee all fund finance matters - fund accounting and reporting, liaising with outsourced providers
• Establishing & developing processes and procedures and the fund grows and further assets acquired

The Requirements:

• Experienced private equity, growth or venture capital CFO or senior finance professional (FD, Head of Finance)
• An ACA or equivalent qualification essential
