Teaching Assistant

The Education Specialists (TES) are recruiting on behalf of a Primary School in Knotty Ash who are looking for a full time Teaching Assistant. The successful candidate would need prior experience working in pirmary schools and is able to work Monday - Friday during school hours. The school are looking for someone who has an interest in sports and PE as the candidate would be expecting to attend sporting events and take part in PE lessons as well as supporting children across the school with their class work.

Responsibilities of the role will include;

Supporting pupils to complete set tasks within the classroom

Promoting independence within the school environment.

Developing confidence of the pupils.

*

Implementing and maintaining learning strategies.

*

Supporting pupils to achieve their individual education targets.

*

Working in partnership with teachers and other TA's to provide a stable, positive environment for learning.

Experience working in primary schools

Individuals who have worked in an environment supporting and managing young people such as youth groups, sports coaching and mentoring.
