Commercial Claims Handler
£24,000-£26,000 DOE

We are working with an Commercial Insurance brokerage who specialise in the Concrete and Manufacturing Industry. They have been operating for over 30 years and have maintained the model and feel of an independent brokerage, whilst having the backing of a national.
They have a family run atmosphere which is like no other, the staff love working here due to the relaxed feel, and they have excellent retention rates as a result. Due to a recent retirement in the team they are looking for a Commercial Claims Handler to manage their internal caseload, which is predominantly within Motor Fleet.
What they are looking for from a Commercial Claims Handler
- A minimum of 2 years Claims Handling experience within a Commercial Insurance environment
- Motor Fleet experience is essential
- Liability and Property Claims experience would be advantageous
- A great communicator who delivers a personalised service to clients
The role as a Commercial Claims Handler
- You will act as the brokerages in house Claims Management team, dealing with around 10-15 clients per day and making around 30-40 calls to clients or insurers.
- You will deal with Claims within Motor Fleet, Liability and Property with premiums ranging between £1,000-£250,000
- Making sure customers take priority and that they are receiving excellent levels of service, in order to maintain strong relationships.
- Using Acturis to log all aspects of a claim and manage the full cycle from cradle to grave.

- £24,000-£26,000 salary DOE
- 9am-5pm Monday-Friday (hybrid working available)
- Cert CII study support available
