Summary: To support our growing business, ICIS Marketing is looking for a Junior Designer to sit within our Content Marketing Team. Experience in graphic and digital design is a must, as the role will take a hands-on approach to producing high quality design assets for web, social, print and events, as well as video, animation, gifs and digital web pages. This role is specifically focused on digital marketing content and presents a fantastic opportunity to help shape the focus of ICIS and the presence it plays both internally, and public facing. The role will sit within a team of skilled content creatives, and there will be a need to work across multiple projects and stakeholders, ensuring the level of design work is both bold and brilliant, whilst being consistent with the ICIS brand, and strategic in its approach to marketing campaigns. ICIS is a global business, so working across continents to aid in regional campaigns, as well as global initiatives, will be an everyday occurrence. The role requires someone who is exceptionally organised with their time and workload, and is able to prioritise projects based on business needs. There will be exposure and opportunities to work on some fantastic campaigns right from day one, and the scope to really leave a mark on the creative work that ICIS produces will be there for the taking.
