Working alongside the Team you will support the delivery of a community-based service that encourages people to become more socially connected.

As an integral part of a local team delivering a range of connection services across the community for older people, you will act as the central point of contact for all introductions. Providing kind, friendly interaction to people of all backgrounds, you will ensure a timely response to all day to day enquiries, helping to direct people to the appropriate services across Essex.

An excellent telephone manner, the ability to use virtual platforms such as Teams and Zoom, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint are all essential for this role, as is experience in using databases or Customer Relationship Management systems such as Salesforce.

Candidates must also have great attention to detail, be highly organised, and have excellent time management skills in order to successfully manage competing priorities.
