Job Description
*We have a couple of exciting new opportunities for experienced B2B Sales Managers to join us across the UK.*
We are ideally looking to add one sales leader in the North and one in the south. (Particularly in South East- Essex, Norfolk, Suffolk or Cambridgeshire region and the North West in around Lancashire )
The successful candidate will lead by example and inspire their team in all aspects of the end to end sales process. With a passion for digital marketing and employee development, you will facilitate your team's growth and coach them to success.
You will be joining an established and innovative brand within the fast -paced, high growth digital marketing industry. Having recently won key industry awards for our customer service, we are keen to continue this success with our consultative, value add sales approach - putting the customer at the centre of everything we do.
*The Person*
* Clear understanding of a sales methodology/process
* A high performing Inspirational leader
* An energetic person who understands diffferent motivators
* Proven track record of developing new teams and new business leads
* Target-driven with the drive and determination to deliver outstanding results.
* Passionate about Digital Marketing.
* Excellent communication skills and a high degree of Emotional Intelligence.
* Comfortable leading from the front to provide 'on the spot' coaching on a team, individual and remote basis.
* Driving Licence with no more than 6 points.
* Comfortable home working set up with an internet speed of no less than 35MBPS
