Input a variety of documents onto the general ledger using Sage software, including sales invoices, purchase invoices, and credit notes. Collaborate with the finance manager to resolve discrepancies and issues. Work with the Housing Contracts Manager to ensure housing data is accurate for input into Sage and Excel spreadsheets. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and support with other ad hoc finance tasks as required. Provide administrative support to the finance manager. Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Solid accountancy and basic bookkeeping skills. Proficiency in computer literacy, accounting packages, and applications such as Excel. Understanding of financial systems and processes. Ability to function well within a team. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks. Good communication skills. Experience using Sage is advantageous.
