Conduct an Options Appraisal and produce a report for the Engineers & Senior Engineer and Client justifying the recommendations made to ensure client sign off, of brief. What we are looking for You will be HNC, HND or Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying/Cost Management, Construction Law, or a similar/relevant discipline. Professional qualifications and/or membership of the RICS, CIOB, CICES, CIPS or another relevant Chartered Institute are desirable and will be supported if not already attained. Relevant experience in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management in the UK infrastructure sector. Pre and post contract experience. Previous line management experience.
