The ideal candidate will be multi-skilled with either Mechanical or Electrical bias and preferably have experience in working within a Healthcare environment, plus: NVQ Level 3 in specialist discipline, to current regulations (e.g. 18th Edition) IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent is highly desirable IPAF / PASMA would be beneficial Legionella Awareness Any HTM or AP training would be beneficial The technical ability to fault find, problem solve and diagnose issues. A flexible, proactive and adaptable approach, willing to seek and suggest solutions. The Role This role will be based across a number of sites within Kudos' 18 site portfolio, in and around the London Area. The individual will be responsible for the completion of assigned PPM tasks, ensuring these are completed on time with adequate record keeping, and the delivery of Reactive Maintenance to the required standard within the contractual obligations. Duties of the role include: Working with H&S compliance teams to ensure compliance with all Health and Safety Regulations, Statutory Obligations, HTM requirements, RAMS and Permits are fully observed, managed, and always adhered to. Awareness of Statutory Compliance requirements in line with HTM / Industry Standards. Provide RP/AP/CP duties as necessary as part of the Operational team for controlled specialist electrical system to include but not limited to - HV, LV, Lifts, Emergency lighting systems, Data systems, Fire alarm systems. To deliver mechanical, electrical and fabric PPM in accordance with the relevant guidelines and service levels, for example, SFG20 HTM aligned.
