The practice has a national network of offices and operates primarily in the government,utilities,commercial,education and housing sectors - with particular focus on education and housing.The partners have worked hard to build a strong reputation in these sectors and have been awarded inclusion onto many key procurement and supply frameworks as a result.This has ensured the steady and sustainable growth of the company and puts them in a position of strength in the current economic climate.
The practice has just won inclusion onto the EN Procure £10.4 million consultancy framework for Yorkshire and the Humber,the Northwest and the East Midlands.
THE OPPORTUNITY - BUILDING SURVEYOR (LEEDS)
The senior leadership team seeks to recruit a leader in waiting for their Yorkshire office to gradually take the lead from the senior partner over time.The practice has excellent ties with the RICS and is well known for developing the careers of its staff.There will be the opportunity to fast track to an Associate Building Surveyor role,running a team and even the office for the right person.
Ultimately,the office runs as an autonomous and profitable unit and the SLT need someone to drive the business forward under the stewardship of the equity partners.
THE ROLE- BUILDING SURVEYOR(LEEDS)
The successful candidate will be a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) with a history in private practice who is looking to make an impact and progress to the next stage.
Ideally with strong social housing,new build housing, further education and/or public sector client experience and an understanding of the current issues in these sectors and the requirements and motivations of this client group.
The key is to demonstrate the ability to develop clients,deliver on projects and ultimately bring more work and revenue into the practice.
