What we are looking for We are seeking a purpose-driven Part III Architect to join our collaborative team, working on transformative projects that address the climate and social challenges of our time. This role offers the opportunity to lead day-to-day project delivery across workplace, residential, education, bridges and public realm - all unified by our commitment to lean, low carbon solutions, material reuse and circularity. We are particularly interested in architects who have UK experience, strong technical delivery skills, proficiency in Revit, and value our mission as a B Corp and Social Enterprise. Role & Responsibilities: Day-to-day project lead under guidance of associates and/or directors Lead production of design and construction information including drawings, reports and specifications Guide the design team from inception through to project completion Ensure that all project deadlines are met and to the highest of standard Liaise with clients, contractors, and other professionals Work to a high standard both as part of a team but also use your own initiative when working alone Requirements: Minimum 2 years of UK working experience post-Part 3 Relevant experience in workplace, residential, education and public realm projects A full understanding of the UK statutory framework, including Planning and Building Regulations Excellent knowledge of construction detailing and technical skills Experience of working through post-planning RIBA stages and project delivery Excellent freehand sketching, visualisation and computer modelling skills Proficiency in Revit required Good communication skills to coordinate the work with clients, contractors and suppliers Personable, a team player, and generally a good all-rounder We are looking for driven, enthusiastic people who are keen to make a difference in the built environment and who will in turn challenge us to think differently and deliver our best.
