Experience managing multiple projects (typically £500k-£6m+). Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software. Qualifications HNC/HND or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme). CSCS Card (Manager level). Full UK Driving Licence. The role is ideally suited to someone who understands how to deliver construction projects from the ground up while acting as a trusted advisor at client level. The Role This is a construction-led, client-facing leadership role overseeing the delivery of education sector projects across their full lifecycle.
