Skills & Experience Essential Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline. Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within infrastructure, utilities, or major projects. Strong understanding of NEC contracts and commercial management processes. Experience preparing cost plans, procurement documentation, and commercial reports. Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cost management tools (e.g. CostX). Desirable MRICS chartered status or working towards chartership. Experience within regulated utilities sectors such as water, power, fibre, or gas. Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills. Familiarity with UK health, safety, and environmental regulations in infrastructure delivery.
