Populating Monthly report (CVR / DES) - Submitting client AFP - Carry out project procurement - Assess supply chain AFP and compiling final account - Costs control and driving up value - Mitigating project risks - Maximising cash collection Candidate Requirements NEC Expertise: Extensive and demonstrable experience administering NEC3 or NEC4 contracts within a construction environment is essential. Sector Experience: Proven track record as a Senior QS within the Water, Utilities, or Civil Engineering sectors. Financial Acumen: Strong experience in CVR reporting, cash flow forecasting, and managing multi-million-pound project budgets. Communication: A professional negotiator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, from site teams to executive management.
