The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates across a range of roofing and external envelope packages, supporting the business in securing new work while ensuring commercial viability. Working closely with the commercial and operational teams, you will review tender documentation, undertake detailed quantity take-offs, obtain supplier and subcontractor quotations, and prepare comprehensive tender submissions.
