Help create a world free of MSA. The Multiple System Atrophy Trust is the UK's leading charity supporting people affected by multiple system atrophy (MSA), a rare neurological disease with no known cause or cure. At the Multiple System Atrophy Trust, our ambition is clear: a world free of MSA. Why our work matters MSA is a progressive neurological disorder that can affect movement, balance and vital autonomic functions, including bladder and blood pressure control.
