About the role Are you a problem-solver who can proactively identify improvements? Are you organised and detail focused, able to manage competing priorities and work with business users at various levels? We are looking for a Junior Salesforce Administrator to support the ongoing configuration, maintenance and improvement of our Salesforce platform. This role is suited to someone with solid Salesforce administration experience who can manage day-to-day platform requests, support users, configure changes and contribute to continuous improvement. The successful candidate will be confident working with stakeholders, understanding business needs and delivering safe, well-tested Salesforce changes. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who can work independently on standard administration tasks and contribute to larger change initiatives with guidance from Architects and senior members of the team. You ll be getting involved with a range of tasks and responsibilities, including; Managing Salesforce configuration changes, including fields, page layouts, record types, permissions, flows and validation rules Supporting users with Salesforce queries, issues and requests Maintaining user access, roles, profiles, permission sets, public groups and queues Building and maintaining reports, dashboards and list views Supporting data quality activities, including duplicate management, data updates and data clean-up Working with business stakeholders to understand requirements and propose appropriate Salesforce solutions Supporting testing of Salesforce changes, including preparation of test scenarios and validation of outcomes Assisting with release activities, change control and deployment preparation Documenting configuration changes, support processes and user guidance Monitoring platform usage and identifying opportunities for improvement Working closely with Developers, Architects and Business Analysts on project delivery About you At Cooper Parry, we re in it together. Junior Wealth Management Administrator Location: Brighton, East Sussex Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Working Pattern: Office-based Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 + Pension About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Wealth Management Administrator to join a small, boutique-style financial advisory practice based in Brighton. The business provides financial advice to both local and national clients across areas including pensions, investments, tax planning and protection . Having grown organically over the past 12 years, the practice has built a loyal client base and continues to develop. Working closely with the Financial Adviser and two owner-Directors, you will provide a broad range of administrative and client support, helping to ensure the smooth running of the practice and delivering a professional service to clients. Key Responsibilities Welcome clients ahead of meetings with the Financial Adviser. Manage the Adviser's diary, including arranging and coordinating client appointments. Prepare client Welcome Packs and Review Packs. Input and maintain accurate client information on the firm's back-office and CRM systems. Obtain online quotations and illustrations from product providers. Prepare and attach pre- and post-sale documentation, including client identification documents. Process applications accurately and efficiently. Prepare and issue Letters of Authority to other financial organisations and follow up as required. Process fund switches and withdrawal requests. Draft basic suitability reports for reviews, fund switches, straightforward investment and pension advice, and top-ups. Provide general administrative support to the Adviser, including filing, scanning, photocopying and document management. Liaise professionally with clients, product providers and other internal and external contacts by telephone and email. Produce investment performance charts using FE Analytics and assist with critical yield and charges comparison calculations. Support the Partners with client events and other practice activities. Help maintain appropriate office, stationery and kitchen supplies. Assist with the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the practice. Maintain appropriate technical knowledge and competence for the role. Undertake any other relevant duties as required by the Directors. About You The successful candidate will ideally have: Previous experience in an administration or PA role within a Financial Advice, IFA or Wealth Management business - essential . Previous experience working within a St. James's Place Partner Practice would be advantageous. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
