Hippo Digital Limited
Client Operations Executive - 9 Months FTC
Hippo Digital Limited Leeds, Yorkshire
About The Role Hippo is looking for a Client Operations Executive to provide vital administrative and coordination support to our Account Managers, Senior Account Managers and Client Partners. This role is the operational backbone of our client engagements. It's both internal and client-facing, and it keeps our accounts running smoothly through dependable, process-driven support. Rather than owning accounts or picking up handed-off commercial work, you'll enable the account-owning team to stay focused on their clients - supporting onboarding, keeping project data complete, tailoring CVs, running compliance checks and helping produce clean reporting. If you're enthusiastic, organised, and thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same, you'll fit right in. This role involves a lot of context-switching, so we're looking for someone proactive and adaptable who takes pride in supporting the success of the wider team. Where this role sits: Client Operations Executive is the entry point into Hippo's Client Operations function, which supports the account-owning Commercial and Delivery team. It offers a clear pathway towards Client Operations Lead and Account Management as you develop your skills and take on greater responsibility. Role Responsibilities Systems & Data Support (Kimble/Kantata) Support Account Managers and Senior Account Managers in keeping their Kimble/Kantata data complete and accurate, running checks, flagging gaps and helping maintain data quality to a consistent standard. Account owners input and own their own data; your role is to support and assure completeness, not to take on data entry handed over to you. Support the integrity of CRM (HubSpot) and Kimble/Kantata records across the accounts you support. SOW & Pricing Support Provide ad-hoc support with pricing schedules for new SOWs and contracts, ensuring commercial details are correctly captured. Provide SOW support and cover for Account Managers, Senior Account Managers and Client Partners where required. Compliance & IR35 Manage IR35 checks for contractors, ensuring we remain compliant and that all assessments are completed diligently and on time. Support wider compliance administration relating to onboarding and engagement. Resourcing & Onboarding Administration Drive process-driven administration for new and existing projects, including CV tailoring in Flowcase, security clearances and onboarding forms. Support the coordination of onboarding activity with Resourcing, Delivery and the account-owning team so start dates, checks and approvals are completed on schedule. Support with Social Value administration - gathering and collating evidence of delivered commitments so it can be reported to clients accurately and on time. Reporting & Financial Analysis Support Produce ad-hoc analysis and financial forecasts to provide the data needed for client discussions, utilising Power BI. Support the preparation of monthly account and client reports on behalf of the account-owning team. Coordination & Cross-Sector Support Provide ad-hoc client communications support and cover where required. Support the other Client Operations Executives and the wider department to ensure smooth day-to-day running across accounts. Skills and experience that you need About You We aren't looking for a list of certificates. We're looking for a proactive professional who can work independently and take genuine ownership of their workload. Essential A logical, common-sense approach to problem-solving and a passion for finding solutions. Independence and initiative - comfortable managing your own diary and delivering high levels of service without being micro-managed. Adaptability: the ability to context-switch effectively and stay organised when priorities shift mid-day. Technical proficiency with CRM or PSA tools. Previous experience in an account executive, operations or similar administrative/coordination role. Meticulous attention to detail, particularly regarding pricing schedules, IR35 compliance and data quality. Director Quantity Surveyor
Vertical Recruitment Limited
A rare opportunity has arisen for an established Director or Partner-level professional to take a leading role in the growth of a successful property and construction consultancy's London business. This is not a traditional Director appointment or a role focused purely on managing an existing team. The successful individual will be given genuine influence over the direction, growth and market position of the London operation, combining senior client delivery and business development with responsibility for building the team and shaping the business over the long term. For the right individual, there is also the potential for the position to develop into a long-term equity opportunity. The Opportunity The business is an established and highly regarded consultancy with an existing London presence, client base and live project portfolio. The appointment is about taking that platform through its next stage of growth. You will have the autonomy and backing to develop the London business while remaining part of an established wider consultancy. This will include strengthening existing client relationships, creating new opportunities, growing the team and further developing the firm's position within the London market. Importantly, this is a hands-on Partner-level role. You will remain close to clients and projects, personally leading selected high-value commissions while progressively building a team around you and creating a sustainable, profitable London operation. Your Role You will take responsibility for the performance and continued development of the London business, including: Shaping and delivering the London growth strategy Developing existing client relationships and creating new ones Converting your network into high-quality, profitable appointments Personally leading selected strategic and high-value commissions Building and developing a high-performing London team Taking ownership of pipeline, revenue, profitability and commercial performance Identifying priority clients, sectors and market opportunities Maintaining senior oversight of key commissions and client relationships Recruiting, mentoring and developing future leaders Contributing to the wider strategy and direction of the consultancy Who We're Looking For This opportunity will suit an established Director, Partner or ambitious Associate Director within a property or construction consultancy who combines technical credibility with genuine commercial capability. You are likely to have: A strong background in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Employer's Agent or a related consultancy discipline An established network within the London property and construction market A proven ability to win work and convert relationships into appointments Experience leading complex, high-value projects Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of the financial performance of a consultancy business Experience leading and developing teams The credibility to advise sophisticated clients at senior level MRICS chartered status - essential Experience across prime residential, high-end refurbishment, residential development, commercial or hospitality would be particularly relevant. The Individual Beyond experience, this appointment requires someone with the personality and ambition to build something. You will be entrepreneurial, commercially astute and well connected, but equally collaborative and comfortable operating as part of a wider business. You should enjoy being in the market - developing relationships, creating opportunities and representing a business - while retaining the technical credibility to remain close to major clients and projects. This isn't a role for someone looking to step away from delivery into a purely corporate leadership position. It is for someone who wants to combine clients, projects, people and commercial leadership at Partner level. Why This Opportunity Is Different There is already an established platform, live work and existing client relationships. The opportunity is to take ownership of that platform and determine what the next stage looks like. You will have genuine influence over: The clients and sectors the London business targets How the team develops and grows Senior recruitment and succession planning Key client relationships and strategic commissions The commercial performance of the London operation Its longer-term position within the London market Most importantly, this is intended to be a long-term leadership appointment rather than simply the next salaried Director role. Subject to performance, alignment and the agreed structure, there is the potential for the successful individual to develop towards a long-term equity position within the business. For an established industry leader who wants the autonomy to build, influence and ultimately share in the success of what they create, this represents a genuinely unique opportunity. About Morse Our mission is to make sending and receiving money effortless, borderless, and instantaneous. Morse lets you pay anyone, anywhere, by name alone - no more worrying about IBANs, account numbers, or sort codes. Leveraging blockchain technology to settle transfers, we are currently available in over 150 countries. Morse is the first product from Avian Labs Inc., backed by VCs like Union Square Ventures, Slow Ventures, and Ribbit Capital. About the Role As Financial Crime Strategy and Product Lead, you'll own the roadmap for how we detect and prevent financial crime - fraud, money laundering, and sanctions risk - across our markets. You'll set the strategy and standard for our fraud investigations, work with product/engineering to build tooling, and work closely with compliance to ensure that we're managing activity across our platform. This is a role for a data-driven operator who can move fluently between deep-dive analysis into emerging threats and the strategic, cross-functional work of turning those insights into a scalable detection system. Location We are open to hiring for this role in either London or Amsterdam. What you will do: Own the financial crime roadmap. Set and drive the strategy for how we detect and prevent fraud, money laundering, and sanctions risk - translating regulatory obligations and emerging threats into a prioritised, buildable plan. Manage controls with data, not instinct. Take ownership of our financial crime rulesets and controls, using data to decide what to ship, tune, or retire. Measure control performance (detection rates, false positives, precision) and continuously improve the balance between risk coverage and customer experience. Build the detection platform. Define the requirements for our fraud and AML detection systems and work hand-in-hand with engineering to build tooling that catches financial crime effectively and efficiently, without creating unnecessary friction for legitimate users. Run deep-dive investigations. Lead detailed analysis into suspected fraud and financial crime - identifying typologies, quantifying exposure, and turning what you find into new detection logic and controls. Turn threats into countermeasures. Stay ahead of evolving fraud and money laundering typologies across our markets, and design the rules, models, and workflows to counter them before they scale. Work across the company. Partner closely with product, engineering, data, operations, and compliance to make sure financial crime controls are built into the product - and communicate risk, trade-offs, and priorities clearly to both technical and senior audiences. Measure and report on what matters. Define the metrics that show whether our financial crime programme is working, and build the reporting that gives the business and leadership a clear view of risk and performance. Who you are: A strong data and analytics background. You're a genuinely data-driven decision-maker - comfortable getting into the numbers yourself (SQL or similar), interrogating data to find patterns, and using evidence rather than instinct to decide what to build, tune, or retire. Deep investigative instinct. You can lead detailed analysis into suspected fraud and financial crime, quantify exposure, and translate what you find into concrete detection logic. You have a strong working knowledge of financial crime and fraud typologies and evolving threat patterns. Hands-on financial crime experience. You've managed a fraud or financial crime ruleset before, and you understand what it takes to move from individual rules to a proper detection platform. You know the difference between catching crime and creating noise. Financial crime product exposure. You've built or shaped financial crime and fraud capabilities - whether as a product manager for a fraud/fincrime product, or by collaborating closely with a product team to deliver detection tooling and controls. Ideally, you will have worked in payments, fintech, or crypto and are familiar with financial crime risks in these sectors. Strategic and project ownership. You can think strategically and own delivery - setting a roadmap, prioritising ruthlessly, and driving work through to completion across multiple teams. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration. You can work effectively across product, engineering, data, operations, and compliance, and communicate risk and trade-offs clearly to both technical teams and senior stakeholders. Familiarity with regulatory environments. Specifically for the US, EU, and/or UK. Nice to haves Familiarity with transaction monitoring and financial crime tooling such as Sardine, Orca, Chainalysis, or similar. Experience in the LATAM payments market, or broader global/emerging-markets exposure. Understanding of AML and sanctions obligations and how they translate into operational controls.

Development Manager - Master Franchise Markets - Europe
Subway
Development Manager - Master Franchise Markets - Europe Location: London Office, United Kingdom Ready to make your mark at the world's leading sandwich brand? Why Join Subway? At Subway, we're building something significant. Our mission is clear - to grow franchisee profitability, brand relevance, and long-term value - and our corporate teams sit at the heart of making that happen. We're a business that believes in meritocracy. Results open doors here, and the people who thrive are those who bring accountability, strategic thinking, and a genuine drive to create long-term impact. You'll be empowered to think and act like an owner - because that's exactly what we need from our people. We move with pace and purpose. We adapt quickly, focus innovation where it counts, and aren't afraid to make bold decisions. Alongside that, integrity is non-negotiable - we hold ourselves to the highest standards in how we work, how we lead, and how we treat one another. And while we take our work seriously, we also know that the best results come from teams who celebrate progress, support each other, and bring real energy to what they do. We are looking for a Development Manager, Master Franchise Market - Europe, based in our London office. About the role: The Development Manager is MF Europe's senior development expert and consultative partner to Master Franchisees (MFs), driving profitable, on-time and on-standard network growth to budget. Beyond pipeline administration, the role adds hands on expertise across the full development lifecycle - development strategy; network and location planning; GIS and whitespace mapping; revenue forecasting and robust restaurant investment cases; restaurant design and construction to brand standard with appropriate localization and market best practice; supply chain structuring and sourcing; new restaurant opening (NRO) project management and pipeline management; site acquisition, negotiation and leasing; new franchisee acquisition and assessment; and proactive management of restaurants at risk to mitigate closures. While not the deep specialist in every area, the incumbent understands and appreciates all of them. The role leads a small internal team (one Development Specialist) and works predominantly through the functional development leads within each MF partner to deliver the required Net Restaurant Growth (NRG) - not simply NROs. It supports MFs to unlock potential with larger corporate groups alongside New Business Development (NBD) and consults with NBD on new MF deals to agree realistic, achievable development schedules that this role is then accountable for delivering once the deal is signed. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Development strategy, network & location planning and assessment. Partner with MFs to build and maintain multi-year development strategies and country market plans. Use restaurant performance data, demographics, GIS and whitespace mapping tools to assess penetration, identify whitespace and prioritize trade areas. Produce robust site evaluations, revenue forecasts and investment cases that underpin sound new-site, relocation and remodel decisions. Pipeline management and Net Restaurant Growth (NRG) delivery. Own a robust, realistic pipeline that delivers NRG to budget, on time and to standard - not NROs in isolation. Manage NRO / remodel / relocation / closure approvals and tracking; maintain accurate monthly forecasts against Development Agreements; run cadenced reviews with MFs and leadership; and proactively manage restaurants at risk to mitigate closures and protect the net position. Restaurant design, construction and supply chain to brand standard. Guide MFs on restaurant design and construction to brand standards with appropriate localization and best practice to drive in-market performance; advise on build quality, equipment and NRO project delivery; and support supply chain structuring and sourcing so new and existing restaurants are supplied efficiently and to standard. Site acquisition, franchisee recruitment and MF / corporate partner support. Support site acquisition, negotiation and leasing; assess and recruit new franchisees; and consult MFs on unlocking larger corporate groups, working closely with NBD to convert potential into committed development. New MF deal support and team leadership. Consult with NBD on new MF deals to agree realistic, achievable development schedules, then own delivery of those schedules once the MF deal is signed. Lead, coach and develop the internal Development Specialist and the functional development leads across MF partners, and represent development in leadership reviews and country decks. Skills & Abilities: Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, construction/engineering or related field preferred. 5 to 8 years' experience in similar Multi-market restaurant / retail development across the full lifecycle (strategy, real estate, design and construction, NRO delivery and pipeline), with strong commercial and financial acumen. Experience supporting Master Franchisees and larger corporate partners strongly preferred. 3 to 5 years' supervisory experience - this role will manage one (1) direct report Highly commercial with strong business / financial acumen, market awareness Technical Proficiencies: Software (Microsoft Office Suite programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ownership mindset with accountability for results Strategic, commercial, and impact focused Agile, decisive, and comfortable with change High integrity and strong collaboration skills What benefits will I receive?
