Street Group
Talent Acquisition Lead
Street Group Manchester, Lancashire
Talent Acquisition Lead Manchester, UK (Hybrid 4 days WFH) £60,000 - £70,000 Street Group is scaling fast toward an ambitious growth plan, and hiring is about to get harder: more senior roles, a higher bar, and a market where the best people don't apply; they get found and won. We need someone who owns how we hire, not just who we hire. We're looking for a TA Specialist with a truly commercial mindset. Skilled at your craft - able to land the hardest hires yourself, but also understanding what will make a whole team better at hiring - from candidate attraction to relationship building; employer brand to candidate experience. Why this role exists now Our recruiting team is strong but stacked - and as we get busier, there's no real capacity to ensure we're constantly innovating and improving the mechanisms that let us hire quality people at pace. We've recently raised investment, and have ambitious goals to achieve - now is the time to fine tune our recruiting engine so we can scale effectively over the next few years. The role This is a role of two halves. The first half is hands on delivery. IC L5s at Street Group are expected to confidently own the hardest searches - senior roles, niche roles, brand new roles we've no experience hiring for. You'll be expected to understand how the roles you're hiring for tie in to commercial goals, what to prioritise and why. When you run into issues, you investigate, gather qualitative and quantitative data, conduct market research, and ultimately develop solutions to solve your own problems. You share your knowledge with the team in ways that bring them on the journey - not just the "what and how" but the strong "why" behind it. The second half is taking our TA function from great to exceptional. Candidate experience, employer brand, AI, tooling, sourcing strategy, assessment - we do all of them well already, but our team holds ourselves to a high standard - and we want to do it all exceptionally well. You'll collaborate with our Head of People on the most impactful initiatives to prioritise - the what, why, why now, and how it will be achieved and measured. We expect you to be passionate about TA; part of communities, intrigued by industry trends, new tools, best practices, and what other companies are nailing (and making sure we do it even better). Growth opportunities The business and People team will grow significantly over the next few years, and there is potential for this role to grow into a management role or specialise in a specific area, but the initial focus and goals will be hands on, IC L5 work as mentioned above. Who we're looking for A senior recruiter with deep expertise across the full lifecycle, and the outside in view: what the market's doing, what great TA teams do, and what it means for us. Someone who holds themselves to a high standard - e.g. measuring their results against quality of hire rather than hires made. Someone whose judgement colleagues calibrate against, trusted with delivering the most senior and confidential searches without a steer. An AI native mindset: you treat AI as leverage and are keen to learn from our team, and share what's been working for you. The credibility and communication skills to challenge a department head on a bad hiring decision, deliver hard market news to leadership, and come out with the relationship stronger. Someone who makes the team better on purpose, not by accident: you share what you know and help develop the people around you. Why you might not want to apply We'd rather be honest up front, because this role won't be for everyone. If you want to move into people management now. This is a senior IC role. You'll coach, share knowledge, and set standards, but you won't have direct reports on day one, and you'll still be carrying reqs yourself. If a management title is what you're chasing now or in the imminent future, this isn't the job for you. If you're a brilliant solo recruiter but you don't have a history of lifting up the people around you. This role will impact how our entire TA function operates, and evidence of knowledge sharing from prior roles will be assessed during the interview process. If AI feels like a threat rather than a tool. We love Claude Cowork, and have both built and used multiple other tools to improve and speed up our ways of working. We have a company wide expectation that AI is utilised, so it will be a large part of this role. If you tend to report the problems you're facing in searches. We need someone who spots the funnel stage quietly losing good candidates, or the hiring plan the market won't support, and fixes it before anyone flags it. At IC L5, we don't expect your manager to be the one flagging problems or coming up with solutions for you. If you like to just crack on with recruitment. Connect with us and join the Talent MCR meetup - we'd love to connect - but this role will be expected to do more than just deliver. We recognise that women and people from underrepresented groups often apply for jobs only when they meet every single requirement listed. If you fall into that category and are about to rule yourself out based on the above criteria, please consider applying anyway. We'd love to see your application! Who are Street Group? We're an award winning PropTech business based in Manchester, founded in 2015 by brother and sister duo, Tom & Heather Staff. Most of us have personal experience of how painful moving can be, and Tom and Heather saw an opportunity to change this: utilising technology, as well as our incredibly talented team, to improve the industry for everyone. Our products form a powerful duo, working harmoniously together to transform an agent's job. From securing more leads and winning new instructions to streamlining business operations and growing market share, our products are supercharging 1,000s of agencies across the UK. Back in 2015, our co-Founder, Tom Staff, spent his evenings building Spectre v1.0. He'd seen first hand an opportunity to automate the very manual process of winning new business for estate agents. Spectre is now our multi award winning instruction generation tool, generating an average return on investment for them of over 3000%. Street.co.uk then launched back in 2020 and serves as our game changing CRM, allowing agents to deliver a service that aligns seamlessly with the modern, "on demand" needs of customers and their busy lifestyles. Why join Street Group? Hybrid working - you can work from home up to 4 days per week Guilt Free R&R - £1000 towards a holiday after your first year with the team (we'll even cover the tax!) Structured career growth and ongoing professional development £500 yearly L&D budget Your birthday on us - we pay, you stay away 'Give something back' - 2 paid days volunteering on us Enhanced maternity, paternity & adoption pay Mental health & well being support via Health Assured Regular well being initiatives Public transport season ticket loans Paid menopause leave Holiday buying scheme Joining a new team in an exciting business with huge ambition Be a part of something bigger - everyone in our team is passionate about improving the entire property industry! It's a huge goal, but it motivates us to do better every single day

WHY DEPT ? We are a Growth Invention company built to help the world's most ambitious brands grow faster. Operating at the intersection of technology and marketing, we create what is next by pioneering ideas, acting fast, and moving further because standing still just is not in our DNA. We are drawn to people who stay curious, move with intent, and never stop inventing. Our culture runs on three values: better together, relentlessly curious, and get sh t done. It is how we work, how we grow, and how we make things that matter. At DEPT , you will find the freedom to explore, the space to collaborate, and the trust to make a real impact for our clients, for each other, and for the world we are helping to build. THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Value Advisor to join DEPT 's growing Adobe practice in North America. In this senior consulting role, you will bridge business strategy, financial analysis, and executive-level advisory to help Adobe's largest Digital Experience customers quantify and realize the financial impact of their technology investments. You are the person clients bring in when a multi-million-dollar platform decision needs to become numbers a CFO will sign off on - building the value hypotheses, economic models, and business cases that turn "we should modernize our DXP" into a funded, board-approved program. At this career stage, you are not simply presenting slides back to the client; you are running structured discovery workshops with CMOs, CIOs, CDOs, and CFOs, defending your assumptions in the room, and shaping how account teams talk about value across the entire engagement lifecycle. The clients you will serve are typically large enterprises - global retailers, financial services brands, media companies, and healthcare organizations - evaluating or scaling investments in Adobe's Digital Experience platform. They come to this conversation because they need to justify a renewal, build the business case for expansion, or prove that a transformation program already underway is delivering the return it promised. You will produce the artifacts that make that case: data-driven value hypotheses, ROI models built from customer data and industry benchmarks, industry-specific use cases and value stories, and reusable templates that scale your impact across other account teams. You will operate inside value realization frameworks such as Adobe's Value Realization Acceleration (VRA), partner closely with Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success during high-stakes milestones like renewals and expansions, and bring experience from agile program environments to keep your work synced with how delivery teams actually operate. WHAT YOU'LL DO Build Financial Models and Business Cases: Develop data-driven value hypotheses, clear economic models, and enterprise-level business cases using customer data and industry benchmarks to quantify the financial impact of Digital Experience investments. Lead Executive Discovery and Advisory Sessions: Design and facilitate structured discovery sessions and interactive workshops with C-suite executives - CMOs, CIOs, CDOs, and CFOs - to surface and frame growth, efficiency, and optimization opportunities. Operate Within Value Realization Frameworks: Apply and evolve value management methodologies, including frameworks like Adobe's Value Realization Acceleration (VRA), to translate complex, technical software capabilities into measurable financial business outcomes. Author Reusable Value Assets: Create executive-ready artifacts - industry use cases, value stories, and financial templates - that scale your impact beyond a single engagement and become reference material for account teams. Partner Across the Account Team During High-Stakes Milestones: Influence without formal authority across Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success to align value narratives at renewal and expansion moments, and sync your work with delivery teams operating in agile and scaled-agile frameworks. WHAT YOU BRING 5-10+ Years of Experience in Value Advisory, Consulting, or Financial Strategy: You have built ROI models and business cases in a customer-facing or consulting context, ideally with an MBA or equivalent quantitative background, and you know how to defend an economic model in front of a skeptical CFO. Financial Modeling and ROI Analysis Expertise: You can build data-driven value hypotheses and enterprise-level business cases from customer data and industry benchmarks, and you're comfortable when a client pressure-tests your assumptions. Executive Advisory and Stakeholder Management: You have led structured discovery sessions and workshops with C-suite executives and know how to frame growth, efficiency, and optimization opportunities in language that lands with CMOs, CIOs, CDOs, and CFOs. Value Management Framework Fluency: You understand value realization frameworks - ideally including or comparable to Adobe's Value Realization Acceleration (VRA) - well enough to translate technical software capabilities into measurable financial outcomes. Asset Creation and Cross-Functional Influence: You have authored reusable, executive-ready deliverables like industry use cases and value stories, and you can influence without authority across Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success during renewals and account expansions. Prior experience as a squad member or Scrum Master within agile program frameworks is a plus. Work Environment: Remote position - TRAVEL EXPECTED WHAT DO WE OFFER? We are a collaborative, open-door, best-idea-wins environment that fosters personal and company growth and has fun doing it.
